The 2nd MIQ Global Meet will be using a special inhouse software called the Face2Face Scheduler. This enables the delegate to pre-schedule face-to- face meetings between potential and existing business partners.

Face2Face Scheduler allows you to schedule your meetings conveniently. Each delegate has his own account on the scheduler that enables him to set his meetings. You can access your itinerary anywhere and fix your meetings with the other users at specific time slots without having to contact the other delegates to check their availability. An advanced search function ensures that the participants can easily locate companies of interest to them. Most importantly, the program is designed to avoid double booking and conflicting schedules. The meeting scheduler site will be launched on May 10, 2018, 2 PM, Hong Kong Time.
